Los Angeles Food Guide

Last week my friend and I took a quick trip to California, it was her first time so naturally we ate our way through LA.

Lemonade: This chain is located all over LA. It’s a perfect place for affordable, quick, healthier options. There are so many dishes to chose from, my favorite are the poke bowls.

Tocaya Organic  This organic Mexican chain is the perfect spot to grab some delicious tacos. The food is always consistently good but it’s definitely pricey for what you get. The location on Sunset has a large parking lot (always a plus when I visit LA). The Tulum and Baja tacos are my go to.

Gracias Madre: This trendy all vegan Mexican restaurant is great for happy hour ($7 marg!). Have a seat on the patio, sip a margarita and enjoy some amazing tacos. I recommend the plantain chorizo quesadilla and flautas de camote.

Astro burger: Perfect for late night food, cash only.

Pressed Juice: My friend and I stopped here without fail every morning at The Grove. The green juice and a wellness shot were the perfect hangover cure 😉.

Urth Caffe: A classic spot. It’s always worth a visit when I come to LA. Get the honey latte!

Delilah: Lounge ambiance, perfect spot to grab a drink.

Chateau Marmont: Their large back patio is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail. The egg sandwich and avocado toast are worth a try.

Milk Bar: Popular New York bakery now open in LA. Known for their cereal milk ice cream and crack pie, this spot is worth stopping by if you’re looking for something sweet.

In-N-Out Burger: Animal Fries, all you need to know.
