Last week I traded in the 35° weather for the California sun. It was in the mid 80’s in LA, to say I was happy to wear shorts in January is an understatement.
I have often mentioned that I don’t believe in spending a ton of money on clothes, but investing in higher end accessories to spice up an outfit. My point is a specific piece of clothing can only be worn so many times before it looks like that’s the only thing you own while accessories can be worn with an abundance of outfits. My black bodysuit is from Forever 21, it cost around $15 and my shorts I cut from vintage Levi’s jeans, found at a thrift store in Brooklyn for $20. When I added luxury pieces, it instantly elevates the whole look!
The Outfit:
Mock Neck Bodysuit: Forever 21 Similar
Levi’s shorts: Thrifted Similar
Shoes: Chanel
Bag: Chanel
Belt: Gucci
Sunglasses: Tom Ford
